Sponsor Steve: London to Leeds Run for Help for Heroes.

Prior to the start of next season and in aid of Help for Heroes, Steve Hanson will run from London to Leeds, covering 213 miles in 10 legs over 12 days starting at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium and finishing at Elland Road prior to the Carling Cup ties against Bradford City.

The legs are as follows:

29th July - Emirates Stadium, Arsenal to Vicarage Road, Watford (18 miles)
30th July - Vicarage Road to Kenilworth Road, Luton (20 miles)
31st July - Kenilworth Road to Stadium MK, Milton Keynes (20 miles)
1st Aug - Stadium MK to Sixfields, Northampton (21 miles)
3rd Aug - Daventry (random start!) to Ricoh Arena, Coventry (22 miles)
4th Aug - Ricoh Arena to Walkers Stadium, Leicester (23 miles)
5th Aug - Loughborough University to Pride Park, Derby (19 miles)
6th Aug - Pride Park to B2Net Stadium, Chesterfield (26 miles)
8th Aug - B2Net Stadium to Oakwell, Barnsley (25 miles)
9th Aug - Oakwell to Elland Road (19 miles)



Training is going well and the roads of Scarborough have a few more potholes in them, but it's all in a good cause.
